We just downloaded and install the newest version ETT 6.0.1. We already had multiple licenses for 5.2. When we upgraded and tried to import our license file, it says it isn't valid. This isn't discriminating against particular operating systems, it is happening on Wind 7, Win Vista, and XP SP3.
What's up and how do we fix it?

You can only upgrade if you are a gold subscriber. If you are, then send them an email and they'll send you a new license file.

That did work, thanks. However, I'm downgrading again because the new version, 6.0.1, is unusable. The timer is so large, it is cumbersome and annoyingly in the way. Think I'm going to go back to 5.2 where the timer is much smaller and out of the way, unless somebody can tell me how to make the timer in 6.0.1 smaller.

Thanks for the heads up, I was about to upgrade. I do however have the luxury to move it to a 2nd or 3rd monitor if I do decide to up to ver. 6

Check out 6.0.3. The clumsy timer of 6.0.1 is history forever.

Can anyone help me here, I have 6.0.1 and want to upgrade to 6.0.3 - but where do I download the update? Is it me being a bit thick :( Also if you want to leave a message on the offline support, ou select ETT and then the it asks you for your Easy Projects version and the EP url as required fields ...doh
