I enjoyed using this program, but my previous post listed a few of the many display issues, and as any reader of this forum can see there is virtually no support to speak of. Aside from that, my original forum login did not work, despite having saved my login info in both IE and in an offline note. When selecting "lost password", it said an email was sent; it wasn't. Read into that as you will.
I would have purchased this program if it was cleaned up and if there was support. I haven't found any other program that had the timer feature I liked. Overall, this program was a really great idea, but someone has dropped the ball on development, improvement and support. Which is pretty much all of the basic needs of a functioning, saleable program. I will be checking back to see if this company chooses to reinvest in this product.

Please send this and any other issues yuou are experiencing with the product at ett@logicsoftware.net to deal with directly. The forum says you have had only one post so far, this one. Could you send us your previous post you were referring to ('many display issues') directly (ett@logicsoftware.net) ? Thanks a lot. ETT Support

I've been using this software for about a week and can safely say that there is little need for tech support. This is about as straight forward as it gets. Yes, I wanted to lash out in the first couple of hours, but with a little self reliance, I had it figured out and paid for (with my first ETT invoice) within a few days. If you are a multi-million dollar or greater company, perhaps you should consider stepping into (and paying for...) that realm and allowing the rest of us our contentment of an affordable, reliable and easy to use software package
