I have ETT Pro 6.06 evaluation and it recently expired so today I decided to purchase the software and when I got the e-mail with the link to download the activation code it doesn't do anything. There is no actual download, no icon on my desktop, nothing. Is there anyone that can help before I ask for a refund?

Hi,
Have you followed the instructions ? There is no link to download an activation code, the link is to download the program if you have not done so yet. The license file, ett.config, is attached to the message.
All you have to do is to save the attached ett.config to Desktop, start the program, click Register, navigate tyo license file, select it, and click Open.

The ett.config download icon attachment does not do anything where normally an attachment will prompt a dialog window with options for downloading. I gave up and I will just use the version 5.2 I got last year.

Sorry if I had not made it quite clear. Steps: 1) Install 6.0.6. If you have not done so yet, you can download it using this link: http://www.easytimetracking.net/downloads/ettpro.exe2) Save ETT.CONFIG attached to the message you had received from ettOrders@logicsoftware.net after purchasing the 6.0.6 license to Desktop or any other location on your hard drive. 3) Start the program and click Register. 4) navigate to where you have saved the ETT.CONFIG, select it and click Open. 5) The program shall restart registered. Hope this helps. ETT Support

Just purchased single user license for ETT Pro. Have downloaded ETT 6.0.7, installed, customized and used for 15 day trial. Purchased license, downloaded license file (ett.config) from email. When I click "Register" and get prompted with dialog box to find the ett.config file, I select the file that is on my hard drive that I downloaded from my email and get the following error message: "Invalid license file. Make sure you have a valid ETT 6.x license file and try again"
Inspecting the file on another machine I see it's an XML file. However on the machine I'm wanting to run ETT on it shows in Windows Explorer as a configuration file rather than XML file. I have not renamed or changed the file as I copied it off my email.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
