It's pleasure watching time take form of money! Log your working hours so that you always know how much you have earned working on a task as long as the task has an hourly rate (user rate available, too!). You can log time either by hand, or use Timer ! If you prefer a data entry form to a grid, use Quick Logger. Each report can be saved in Easy Time Tracking for future use. For example, if you need to generate a summary timesheet report for your customer at the end of each month, all you need to do is to choose "This Month" value in the Date Range list, select the client and save the report. Now this report will always be in your system and you can access it in one mouse click every time you need it. Flexible Timesheets:
Easy Time Tracking provides you with an easy and flexible way to fill in your time logs. In the Table View you can sort or filter records by virtually any field. You can see the time totals for any project, task or client and specify whether a record is billable or not. Alternative Timesheet Tree View:
As an alternative to a regular Table View, you can select the Tree View option to access and manage your timesheets. In this view you choose any task from the Customer/Project tree and see the complete timelog history or add new records. Keep track of your customers, projects and tasks:
Keep a database of customers, projects and tasks easy to track, easy to manage ! Once created these are placed on the navigation tree now with drag-n-drop copying ! Create as many similar items, - customers, projects, tasks or subtasks, - as can be required, without having to reenter their details. Time entries are not copied ! Three types of tasks are supported: hourly rate, fixed cost, user rate. The latter allows for user-specific billing of tasks. Task and Project Management:
Using an intuitive Tree View mode you can easily manage all your projects and tasks. Easy Time Tracking allows you to specify task category, status, hourly rate and percentage of completion. Expense Tracking:
ETT gives you an ability to effectively track your out-of-the-pocket expenses. You can track them on a customer, project or task level. Timer:
Timing tasks cannot be easier ! Now available in a separate window, Timer is a nice tool to help you time activities under your tasks. You can run it hidden, or leave it on screen if you like to see it count time. Even when fully visible it has a semitransparent body, thus not obliterating things on screen entirely. Besides, it is as small as 1.37 x 0.7 inches (3.5 x 1.8 cm), at 1280 x 1024 res. Should you try to exit the program with Timer still running you will be reminded to save your work. Timer Window and System Tray Icon:
Convenience above all ! Watch Timer count time in a small enough, yet easy to see Timer Window (console). Yet more, use extensively the right click menu of the program icon as it resides in System Tray all the time the program is running. It has many useful tools, including Start Favorite Task, that allows you to start timing a favorite task at any time, or Favorite Task Quick Logger that lets you quickly log time for a favorite task, and more ! As you mouse over the icon in System Tray a quick edit panel rolls out allowing you to edit activities you are timing in an effortless manner. Copying customers, projects or tasks:
Tired creating similar customers, projects or tasks ? No problem you can easily duplicate items on the tree using a drag-n-drop function. In any screen where the tree is available, select an item (customer, project, task, or subtask), drag it to and drop it where you want it to be recreated. You can select what to include along with the item being copied. For example, you can copy a project without any of its tasks. Time entries are not copied in the process! Quick Logger:
Log time easily and quickly with Quick Time Logger ! Quick Time Logger is designed to allow you to log time entries without opening the program window! Accessible through System Tray through a right-click on ETT icon it has the benefits of a dialog box-type data input tool, and does not require the program window to be open at the time, perfect for those who would rather log their time without interrupting their main work.
